These colorful cookies are a nice addition to any Christmas cookie tray.  This recipe was given to me by Sue Jones (Butler).  This was her mom’s recipe.  Mrs. Jones was a Home Economics teacher at Indiana High School. Sue was my room mate at Mansfield University and my first maid of honer.  I still consider her my best friend even though we are miles apart.  Every time I make these cookies I think of all the times we  spent chatting over a cup of tea and a few of these cookies.
